Step Up for Disabilities Walk presented by Mohawk Honda. 11:30 a.m., 22 Corporate Woods, Albany. A one mile walk with proceeds to benefit the Center for Disability Services. Registration $15 per person; everyone with a disability participates for free. Sponsored by Aflac and Sampson’s Prosthetic & Orthotic Laboratory. The Center for Disability Services collaborates with the Epilepsy Foundation of Northeastern New York and the Multiple Sclerosis Society-Upstate New York Chapter to present two separate informative health conferences for patients, families, caregivers and medical professionals, in the same place, on the same day: The Epilepsy Conference and the 12th Annual Multiple Sclerosis Symposium, Marriott Hotel, Wolf Road, Albany

Senior Wellness Swim program in the Center’s 94 degree therapeutic pool, located at 314 South Manning Boulevard.
Weekdays 8 AM to 9:30 AM; noon to 1 PM.
