Our Adult Services Include:

Activity-Based Day Programs
We offer site activities and personal care training and services to individuals who need or are interested in community inclusion. Our programs include Day Training, Day Habilitation, and Adult Day Health Care.

Sheltered Work
We provide the option of training and employment in a sheltered setting regardless of work speed or personal care needs.

The Technology Center
We offer specialized computer-based training and employment through our Technology Center. Our CapAbility Magazine is created, edited and produced within the Tech Center. To learn more about our CapAbility Magazine, contact us at capability@cfdsny.org.

DayLight Program
Our DayLight Program, offered at our St. Margaret’s Center, is a day program for individuals with medical needs. To learn more, click here for our St. Margaret’s Center page.

Clinical Services
We offer OT, PT, ST, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing and Rehabilitation Counseling within or in conjunction with our day service options.

After School/After Work Program
We offer After School/After Work services to individuals who require services after traditional program hours. Our program, located at our Charles Park site in Guilderland, focuses on community skills development.
