Our experienced Residential Habilitation staff provides one-on-one training and assistance in the home and within the community setting. Our person-centered approach helps individuals, who have developmental disabilities, to increase independent living skills and participate in social recreation activities. Whether they live with family or on their own in the community, the individuals we serve receive support tailored to meet their unique needs. An At-Home Residential Habilitation Coordinator works with the individual, his or her family, and advocates to develop an individualized residential services plan designed to help the individual achieve his or her personal goals. After determining the goals, the individual and his or her circle of support design activities that will help in achieving those objectives.
