Residential Services
We are the largest provider of residential services for individuals with disabilities in Upstate New York. Hundreds of people, of all ages, have partnered with the Center to find an ideal place in the community to call home, ranging from community residences to supportive living apartments. We work with you and your family or caregivers to discuss your needs and determine the health care, social and personal supports necessary to develop skills, maximize independence and enjoy life.

Our Residential Options Include:

Supervised Living
We offer living opportunities in various types of certified group homes throughout the Capital District, allowing residents active involvement in daily programs, around-the-clock supervision and support to enhance and maintain independence to live, work, socialize and participate in community life.

Supportive Living
Our certified apartments offer oversight, guidance and intermittent support to residents who can live on their own, or with a roommate, in the community.
