Founded in 1883, our St. Margaret’s Center is a skilled nursing facility serving medically fragile infants, children, and young adults on a single dedicated campus. St. Margaret’s Center has the expertise in providing long-term, 24-hour medical care in a nurturing and home-like setting.

Our dedicated team of professional staff will plan and deliver individualized care, focusing on the unique needs and personality of each person. For individuals age one month and above, St. Margaret's accepts admissions through Social Services Departments, hospitals, rehabilitation agencies, physicians, and families throughout New York State

Accepting admissions from hospitals, social services agencies, rehabilitation facilities, physicians, and families. We accept children and adults from throughout New York and neighboring states regardless of race, creed, color, national origin, gender, disability, age, source of payment, or income level.
