Tana L. Fagan, D.D.S.

Dr. Fagan has been with Center Health Care at the Center for Disability Services since 2002, providing specialized dental care to individuals with unique needs.

Dr. Fagan received her doctoral degree in Dental Surgery from Georgetown University School of Dentistry in Washington, D.C.

In addition to her practice at Center Health Care Dr Fagan practices at the Albany Co. Health Dept.

Prior to her appointment at the Center, she practiced at various dental clinics and medical centers throughout California, including, more recently, the Alliance Medical Center Dental Clinic in Healdsburg, CA, Sutter Medical Center in Santa Rosa, CA, and Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital Dental Clinic, also in Santa Rosa, CA.

Dr. Fagan is a member of the Medical Staff at Albany Medical Center, New York State Dental Society, and Third District Dental Society.
