Michael R. Priest, M.D.

Dr Priest has been with Center Health Care at the Center for Disability Services since 1999.  His practice focuses on evaluation and medication management, in conjunction with team collaboration from the Psychology and Social Work Departments.

       Dr. Priest received his medical degree from State University of New York (SUNY) Buffalo School of Medicine in Buffalo, NY.  He conducted his residency in Psychiatry at Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY.

       In addition to his practice at the Center’s Healthcare & Assistive Technology Center  in Clifton Park, Dr. Priest has a private practice in Clifton Park, NY.  Prior to his appointment at Center Health Care, Dr. Priest was the Medical Director of an Adult  Inpatient Unit at Four Winds Hospital in Saratoga Springs, NY.  He has also provided consultation services to Siena College Counseling Center in Loudonville, NY, and Unified Services for Adults of Rensselaer in Troy, NY.

       Dr. Priest is a member of the American Psychiatric Association—Capital District Chapter, and Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
